We abide by responsible gambling regulations set out by governing bodies and adhere to strict standards for player protection. As part of this commitment, we offer tools such as self-exclusion policies, deposit limits, problem gambling support resources, and age restriction enforcement – designed with your best interests in mind at every step along the way.
If you’re concerned that your gambling habits are getting ahead of your budget or affecting daily life, we encourage taking the appropriate steps to protect yourself. This can include setting personal limits on gaming activity, opting for self-exclusion and seeking assistance from dependable outside sources. Take our quiz now in order to identify if any symptoms of addiction to gambling may be present:
To test the level of your gambling addiction, please answer “Yes” or “No” to the questions below:
- Are you having trouble managing your finances?
- Do you often resort to borrowing or stealing money in order to gamble?
- Are the opinions of others beginning to annoy and frustrate you due to your gambling activities?
- Has spending time with family and friends become a rare occurrence lately as a result of gambling habits?
- Do hobbies that once brought joy have lost their sparkle due to excessive spending on betting services?
- Have thoughts of depression or suicide crossed your mind because of losing while gaming?
- Does lying ever appear necessary in order for hiding the amount spent, or time dedicated, on wagering pursuits from those around you?
If you answered “Yes” to most of the questions above, then it is likely that you have a gambling problem.
How Can You Limit Your Losses?
To ensure that your gambling habits remain responsible, we offer a Personal Limits feature. Here you can set restrictions on the amount of deposits, losses, wagers and spending within one game or across all account activity. This tool is conveniently placed in the “Personal Limits” section located directly inside your profile page. You have full flexibility to modify it as often as needed, however an increase may only be allowed after email confirmation and once the previous limit has expired in order to prevent any spontaneous decisions from being made without caution. If you require further information or assistance regarding Personal Limits, please contact our support team at [email protected].
- Deposit Limit. A limit on your deposits for a day, a week, or a month.
- Loss Limit. Establishing a Loss Limit at the casino is a great way to combat potential losses, whether it’s within one day, week or month. Note that this limit applies only to your initial deposit and not any winnings attributed from it – so if you initially make a €50 deposit with €10 as the loss limit but proceed to win an additional €1,000, you’re still able to lose more than just the original amount of €10 on that new balance.
- Wager Limit. To ensure responsible spending, a cap can be put in place on the daily, weekly or monthly amount wagered.
- Cooling-Off Limit. Activate a Cooling-Off Period on your account to take a break from the Casino. The duration of this period is definite and cannot be changed by you or us during its active duration. During it, you won’t be able to make deposits nor participate in any promotions but can withdraw existing funds anytime with no problem at all. As soon as it expires, your account will automatically reactivate so that you don’t miss out on what’s happening!
- Self-Exclusion Limit. By selecting a Self-Exclusion Limit, you can temporarily or permanently disable your Player Account. During this time, all promotional offers will be blocked and you won’t be able to make deposits or withdraw funds. Once the limit is up, your account will automatically reactivate so that you can resume using it as normal.
What Is Self-Exclusion?
By requesting Self-exclusion, you are informing us that we must take all necessary steps to stop your access to the account and make sure promotional materials are not sent to you. To enable self-exclusion for a specific period of time or completely, please contact our support team via live chat as soon as possible.
If you have chosen to self-exclude from our casino, unfortunately you will not be able to access your account or request a withdrawal of any remaining funds. To initiate the withdrawal process for your balance, please reach out directly to one of our helpful support team members via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our support staff will respond in a timely manner with additional details about withdrawing and can provide assistance throughout the entire procedure.
It is important to bear in mind that active self-exclusion will not exempt you from the verification process if the casino deems it necessary for processing funds. Any remaining funds on your balance will be paid out according to relevant casino regulations and limits.
During your self-imposed ban, you must refrain from opening a new Account and understand that the Company will not take responsibility if you continue to gamble or access our Service under another name. However, there are rare occasions when an account may be reactivated before the exclusion period has lapsed.
What Is Reality Check?
We want you to have a great time, so we’ll send regular in-game notifications that will keep track of how much you’ve already spent at the Casino. This way, no matter what game or games you’re playing, each hour’s reminder can provide an opportunity for reflection and maybe even give pause before further betting.
While it’s never too late to face and address an addiction, here at our company we care about our customers’ wellbeing. To help reduce the risk of developing a gambling issue, please pay heed to the below guidelines:
- Carefully consider the risks of gambling, and set strict boundaries on your spending.
- Only bet with cash you can afford to lose without having an emotional or financial burden.
- Additionally, never attempt to compensate for a loss by ‘chasing’ your money; this is one of the most common mistakes that gamblers make.
- Above all else, ensure that you are in control of yourself when playing – meaning abstain from gaming if under any type of influence such as alcohol or drugs, or feeling down mentally.
