Hollycorn N.V. is licensed and regulated by Antillephone N.V. (license no. 8048/JAZ2019-015).

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Casino has the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Representatives of the Company will notify users, but it is the responsibility of the user to study the updated Terms and Conditions.

WHO CAN PLAY

Only adult people over the age of 18 can be users of the Casino. Only residents of countries where online gambling is legal can register on the site. 

The User is fully responsible for complying with the laws of the country of residence. The Company has the right to request confirmation of the User’s age. The Company has the right to block the account of users who have not confirmed their age or users who do not comply with these Rules.

AVAILABILITY OF GAMES

FEES AND TAXES

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that online gambling may result in financial loss. The Casino is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of using the official site. 

The Casino is not responsible for the malfunctioning of the software or the interruption of the Internet connection that may restrict the User’s access to the official website of the Casino. The Casino cannot guarantee uninterrupted play.

All funds credited to the User’s account by mistake will be considered the property of the Casino. If the User has withdrawn funds that do not belong to him, the User must return them to the Casino. The User must inform the Casino of the amount credited by mistake. 

The User agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Casino, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers from and against any and all costs, expenses, losses, damages, claims, and liabilities of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Casino’s website by the Customer. 

The User agrees that the Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban the User’s activities on the official website of the Casino if the Casino is of the opinion that the User has violated these Terms and Conditions. The decision about the fact of violation of the Terms and Conditions by the User is also taken by the Casino.

USE OF PLAYER ACCOUNT

The User may have only one account and a game account on the Casino website. If the User is found in violation of this clause, the Casino has the right to block the accounts and cancel all payments. The User is not entitled to transfer access to their Account to third parties. 

The Casino has the right to request the User to undergo the KYC procedure at any time. If no response is received within 2 weeks, the Casino may block the withdrawal of funds for the User.

DORMANT ACCOUNTS

The Casino reserves the right to designate as Inactive an account that has not been used for a consecutive period of 12 months. When a User Account has been declared inactive, the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of €10 or equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of the User’s account, if lower), as long as the account balance remains positive. The Casino will stop charging the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is reactivated.

COMPLAINTS

Any User has the right to file a complaint. All complaints are handled by the Support Team. Complaints may only be made by the owner of a valid Account. The User agrees that server logs and records will be decisive in deciding the complaint.
